Jadallah Al Aukley, a member of the board of Directors for Petroleum Industries, planning, computer and communications at the (NOC), opened the meeting with a speech praising the presence of this number of personalities in the sector to meet in the city of Benghazi and in AGOCO hospitable to such Meetings and workshops, noting the efforts of the Negotiating Committee to prepare for this forum as well as its efforts to organize and activate the recruitment and independence of modern systems and agreements concluded in the field of computer and communications, and stressed the importance of these programs and techniques in the performance of the Oil companies and the usefulness of using modern technologies.
